01 The short version
This website is run by Du Drop In…Again Bar & Scratch Kitchen. By using it you agree to a handful of reasonable things, listed below. None of it is unusual and none of it is a trap.
03 Hours and availability
Our posted hours are Tuesday through Friday 2 to 10, Saturday 12 to 10, Sunday 12 to 8, closed Mondays. Holidays, private events and the occasional emergency can change that.
If you are making a special trip, a quick phone call is the surest way to know we are open.
04 Discounts and promotions
Offers on this site, including the SAVE10 discount, can be changed or ended at any time. They apply to regular orders, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and have no cash value.
The VIP list discount is one per person. We are not going to be difficult about it, but it is not meant to be stacked.
05 Online ordering
Online orders are placed and processed by Toast under Toast’s own terms, at our ordering page. We prepare the food; Toast handles the transaction.
If something is wrong with an order, the fastest fix is the phone: (513) 386-8058. Call us before you call anyone else and we will make it right.
06 Private events and reservations
Booking the upstairs room is confirmed by us directly, not automatically by submitting a form. A request through this site starts the conversation; your date is held once we have confirmed it with you.
Deposit, final head count and menu details are agreed in writing when you book. Cancellation terms are covered at that time.
07 Photos, logo and words
The photography, logo, menu descriptions and writing on this site belong to Du Drop In…Again Bar & Scratch Kitchen. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking first.
Asking usually works. Regulars posting our food on social media is not what this is about, and it never has been.
08 Links to other sites
We link out to Toast for ordering and rewards, to Google for directions, and to our social profiles. Once you leave this site, those companies’ terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
09 Accuracy and liability
We work to keep everything here correct, but we cannot promise the site is free of errors or always available. Use of the site is at your own discretion.
Nothing here creates a warranty beyond what Ohio law requires of a restaurant, and nothing here limits your rights under it.
10 Allergens and food safety
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish and eggs. We can adapt many dishes, but we cannot guarantee any item is free of cross contact.
If you have a serious allergy, tell your server before you order. They will get the kitchen involved and give you a straight answer.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update this page. When we do, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies.
