01 Who this policy belongs to
This website belongs to Du Drop In…Again Bar & Scratch Kitchen, 2062 Riverside Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45202. We are a single neighborhood restaurant, not a chain and not a data company.
This page explains what we collect through the website, why, and what we will never do with it.
02 What we collect
We only get what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that means:
- VIP list: your name and email address.
- Contact or party inquiry: your name, email, phone number and your message.
- Job application: the details you enter about your experience and how to reach you.
03 How we use it
To answer you, to book your party, to consider your application, or, if you joined the VIP list, to send you the welcome discount and occasional news from the restaurant.
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works the first time. You can also just reply and tell us to take you off, and we will.
04 What we will never do
We will never sell your information. We will never rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone outside the restaurant and the service providers who run our forms, email and online ordering on our behalf.
Those providers only get what they need to do that job, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.
05 Online ordering and the loyalty program
Online ordering and our loyalty program run on Toast. When you order at our online ordering page or sign up for rewards, that information goes to Toast directly.
Payment card details never touch this website. We never see or store a card number. Toast handles payment, and their own privacy policy governs what happens on their side.
06 Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see basic, anonymous traffic patterns: how many people visited, which pages they read, roughly what part of the country they came from. It helps us know whether the menu page is doing its job.
This is aggregate information about visits, not a file about you. Your browser settings can block it, and the site works fine either way.
07 Reviews shown on this site
The reviews on our homepage come from Google through a service called Trustindex. They are real reviews left publicly by real customers. We do not edit them, and we cannot delete a bad one.
08 Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form and no waiting period. Call or email and we will take care of it.
If you are on the VIP list and want off, one click on the unsubscribe link does it.
09 Children
This site is meant for adults planning a visit. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Families are very welcome in the restaurant; the website forms are just not aimed at kids.
10 Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If it is a significant change and you are on our list, we will tell you by email.
